What are the challenges facing U.S. Foreign Policy in the Middle East?

Last night’s taster lecture featuring Dean Vali Nasr was a big hit among our applicants—56 potential SAISers attended. Dean Nasr discussed the challenges facing U.S. Foreign Policy in the Middle East, and opened up the floor afterwards for a question and answer session. Applicants got a chance to participate in a SAIS lecture firsthand, meet potential classmates, and chat with the Director of Admissions.

For those of you who don’t know, the Office of Admissions hosts taster lectures throughout the year to give applicants and prospective students a chance to participate in a SAIS lecture and to meet each other.  If you didn’t get a chance to make it out, don’t fret: you can sit in on a classtake a tour of the campus, or meet an admissions officer or current student year round.
