  • Aaron is a first year M.A. student concentrating in Latin American Studies. He is interested in the U.S.’ changing role in the world, Latin American politics, and youth leadership issues.
  • Amal is a second year SAIS/Bologna M.A. student interested in energy issues in Africa, classical International Relations Theory, European history, and contemporary European politics.
  • Dayanita is a second-year M.A. student concentrating in Conflict Management. Dayanita is interested in women’s rights and empowerment, as well as internally displaced person and refugee issues.
  • Hayden is a first year M.A. student concentrating in Energy, Resources and Environment. Hayden is interested in the relationship between climate change and security, and the role the private sector can play in mitigating this growing threat.
  • Jemila is a second year SAIS/Bologna M.A. candidate with a concentration in African Studies. She is interested in international development, especially related to women and youth, education, media and governance issues in Africa.
